Doug is a native of Crown Point, Indiana.  He is a 1993 graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science (Special Education), and he is a 2007 graduate of Trinity Theological Seminar with a Master of Divinity (Concentration in Pastoral Ministry).  He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 29 years and they have nine children together Micah, Hannah, Caleb, Jesse, Mary, Rachel, Lydia, Adam and Jeremiah.  Prior to coming to Trinity in May of 2014, Doug served for 12 years as an appointed missionary in Alaska and as pastor of Antelope Valley Baptist Church in Gillette, Wyoming for 9 years.  Doug enjoys spending time hunting and fishing.
